The bungalow is equipped with a filter coffee machine (so bring your filters and ground coffee) and a Senseo coffee machine (so bring your pads).

The bungalow is provided with an oven and a microwave.

Vijverhof bungalow has fridges with freezer compartment . On every floor. In the basement there is a seperate freezer.

Yes a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. For the extra cleaning we ask for a financial compensation.

You are welcome to receive guests. Are there more than six than please contact us in connection with the  fire safety. Also contact us when extra guests want to stay overnight.

Paid parking on Texel applies to all villages and at all entrances to the beach. Paid parking applies from Monday through Sunday from 08.00 till 20.00 hours. With a Texel e-vignette you can park carefree anywhere on Texel. The Texel e-vignette is a digital parking card. You can buy the Texel e-vignette online, https://texelevignet.nl/, or at the parking ticket machine.

The bungalow is available from 3 PM.

On each floor is a tv. On the ground floor the TV is equipped with a DVD player.

Each floor also has a radio / CD player with Bluetooth interface and USB connection.

There is no campfire place. You may bring your own fire pit provided with a spacious under protective plate.

No, we don't. But if you rent your bikes online, Fietsen op Texel.nl, they are brought already for you on arrival at the bungalow. On departure you can leave the bikes at the bungalow. These are then retrieved.
You can also pick up and bring back your bikes at Werner Fietsverhuur, Gerritslanderdijkje 13, tel. +31 (0)222 310632.

Yes there is wireless internet. Information about access is in the bungalow.

There are 2 high chairs available free of charge.

The bungalow has 2 stair gates.

This is generally a bank payment. Very short-term bookings can be paid in cash upon arrival.

 Unfortunately we can not give any options for a reservation.

 Yes. If you make a reservation you will receive from us a confirmation. Here, the payment terms are up.

The deposit consists of 30% of the rent within a week, the final payment of 70% must be paid eight weeks before arrival.

NOTE: Always quote the reservation number with your payment (s)

 Yes, after the 30% deposit you will receive a payment confirmation. This overview also provides information on the remaining amount. Upon receipt of the total amount you will receive a payment confirmation.

 You can cancel the agreement with Bosrand Bungalows. Then there are the following cancellation fees:

- cancellation up to 42 days before arrival: 30% of the rent;
- cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) until the 28th day before arrival: 60% of the rent;
- cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: 90% of the rent;
- cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the full rent.

We recommend a cancellation insurance.

 Our cots are provided with a bottom sheet. Please bring your own baby sheets or sleeping bag.

There are two cots available free of charge. Please note that you must bring your own baby sheets or sleeping bag.

A towel package includes: 1 large towel, 1 small towel and one washcloth.

Please leave the bungalow not later than 10 am.

You can use max. two cots. You need to bring baby sheets or sleeping bag.

Each toilet is equipped with a roll of toilet paper. For further use you bring your own stock.
